Application: Grinding of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and full-materials.
Characteristics: Multi- purpose od usages, quick and sharp cutting, durable and stable perfprmance, ideal solution for all typical construction materials with MPA certficates.
The grinding wheel is an essential abrasive tool used across multiple industries for precision material removal, surface finishing, and edge-sharpening applications. Engineered with advanced abrasive grains and bonding technologies, modern grinding wheels deliver exceptional cutting performance while maintaining consistent results through extended use. These high-performance tools consist of precisely sized abrasive particles—typically aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, or diamond—uniformly distributed and bonded with vitrified, resin, or metal matrices to create durable cutting surfaces.
Available in diameters ranging from 1 inch bench grinder wheels to 36-inch industrial discs, grinding wheels are designed for specific material processing requirements. The hardness grade (from A to Z) and grain size (coarse 8-24 grit to fine 60-120 grit) determine the wheel's cutting aggressiveness and surface finish capabilities. Industrial-grade grinding wheels feature reinforced fiberglass mesh or steel rings for added safety at high rotational speeds up to 13,000 RPM. Specialized versions include segmented designs for concrete grinding, cup wheels for tool sharpening, and superabrasive wheels for carbide processing.
The manufacturing process of premium grinding wheels involves computer-controlled particle distribution and precision balancing to minimize vibration during operation. Vitrified bonded wheels undergo kiln firing at temperatures exceeding 1200°C to create porous, heat-resistant structures ideal for precision grinding applications. Resin-bonded grinding wheels offer greater flexibility for impact resistance, while metal-bonded diamond wheels provide extreme durability for hard material processing. Each grinding wheel undergoes rigorous quality testing for concentricity, hardness consistency, and burst resistance before certification.
Workshop
Efficient cutting
Using diamond/CBN superhard abrasive, the cutting efficiency is 50% higher than that of ordinary grinding wheels, and one piece is worth three pieces
Exclusive mesh heat dissipation hole design, continuous operation without burning, suitable for high hardness materials such as stainless steel/titanium alloy
2. Safe and durable
Explosion proof fiber mesh reinforcement technology, zero rupture test at 8000 rpm, passed OSHA safety certification
Low temperature cutting formula, no annealing deformation of workpiece incision, preferred for precision machining
3. Precise adaptation
Covering the entire scene of angle grinders/cutting machines/CNC equipment, providing customized specifications of 20+from Φ 100mm to Φ 400mm
A 0.8mm ultra-thin slice designed specifically for automotive welding seams, with a smooth cut that does not require secondary polishing
